Is Philly the next Hollywood?? PA’s film production tax credit program, which was expanded in 2022 from $70 million to $100 million, is proving to be a significant draw for productions. Netflix's Tires, starring comedian Shane Gillis, is set to receive more than $5.5 million in tax credits for its second season, which is being produced in Philadelphia.
