• National Cheesesteak Day is bringing a full-on showdown to Northeast Philly tomorrow. More than 10 local spots will serve samples as fans (and judges) crown the city’s next cheesesteak champ.

• FIFA has canceled around 2,000 hotel reservations ahead of the 2026 World Cup in Philly. The upside: more rooms just opened up for fans planning to be in town for the matches.
